The People Behind E&R Inspections and Appraisals
Owner & Certified Inspector
Eric grew up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and has always been an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife have lived in Wisconsin Rapids for the past 23 years, where they've raised their four kids along with two dogs and a cat.
As a family, they enjoy vacationing and exploring new areas whenever possible. That same attention to detail and appreciation for doing things right carries into our work at E&R.
We started E&R Inspections and Appraisals to provide excellent inspection services for both residential and commercial customers in our area. Our goal is to deliver thorough, reliable inspections that give our clients confidence in their investment.
We hold certifications through CCPIA (CCPIA-004805) and InterNACHI (NACHI25122114), qualifying us to perform both commercial building inspections and residential home inspections.
